Management Challenge is a team-based, technology-enabled simulation, in which managers practice handling real-world management situations without real-world consequences. The simulation teaches management skills in an interactive environment. Participants manage teams of virtual employees and balance completing business tasks with developing employee skill sets. Participants put their managerial skills into action as they engage virtual employees in critical conversations and coaching.
