Applying science and analytics to the art of talent management, building social and digital capabilities into the fabric of the organization, and finding new sources of value to deliver new capabilities are some of the key action items on the three to five year plan for many HR leaders globally. In this session thought leaders from IBM Smarter Workforce will review findings from a study of 350 global CHROs. In addition, they will discuss implications of the findings for North American CHROs and facilitate a panel discussion of HR executives from organizations who are currently leading and innovating in each of these areas.
