Round Tables
Customized executive round tables with an opportunity for open conversation on trends affecting HR performance today and in the future
HARRT membership is comprised of approximately 75 Senior Human Resources Executives from major companies representing a cross-section of industries. Members must have extensive experience in the design and execution of human resources strategy and policy in their organizations. Factors considered in approving new members include company size, number of employees and industry sector. Members are asked to take an active role in developing topics and participating in Round Table discussions, executive panels and speaker selection. Associate Members are sponsored by Senior Executive HARRT Members and are typically senior practitioners who bring a broad range of experience in the practice of human resources.
HARRT delivers year-round executive programs, supports peer-to-peer learning, and encourages collaboration to advance solutions for the challenges identified by our members through:
