Join us for Session 6 of EMBARK, HARRT’s topic-driven professional development series designed and led by HARRT Members. The goal of EMBARK is to help you connect with colleagues and share knowledge, experiences, technology, and tips on what works and what doesn’t so you can create a network to help you thrive in your role. EMBARK meets virtually every 3rd Thursday of the month. We encourage you to come as you are, prepared to share with cameras and audio enabled.
The topic of our sixth installment will be EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TODAY. Employee engagement is essential not only because it benefits individual employees by improving their job satisfaction and well-being but, also enhances organizational performance, culture, and overall success. Organizations prioritizing employee engagement are likelier to thrive in a competitive business environment. With the changing workplace, diverse employee base, and expanded technology, it is imperative for human resources to examine the effectiveness of their programs for today and beyond.
Joining us will be Will Ferguson and Bev Gregory of LORE Health, their guest, Diane Hansen from the City of West Jordan, Utah, and co-facilitators, Mike Fox, of Msq Advisory, and Jeanette Stalboerger of The Child Care Resource Center (CCRC).
*In addition to the topics below, there is an opportunity in the registration process to further enrich the conversation by sharing any other thoughts or questions you want us to address during the session.
